“We were experiencing problems with our PC at home, and through
looking at Best of St Neots site, we found Lion’s Den. They were
professional and very quickly sorted out our problems. They were
more than reasonable on price and even paid a return visit when we
had other problems. A great genuine company that I will use again;
I’m more than happy to recommend.” -

Wireless Networking and Wired Networking too! Own more than one computer? Do you want to share Internet, printer or system resources? Call me! Now that wireless technology is improving and 802.11N is available it becomes a sensible and speedy way to link up your computers. If you're about to buy some new kit - ask about wireless N - it's more than worth it. From installing simple peer to peer setups for two computers, up to larger router based networks with multiple systems, I can advise, quote, install and maintain your network. In January 2008 Woodfield Physiotherapy commissioned me to build and install a new network system. Everything works beautifully and the management there are very pleased, here's what they said: "...We at The Woodfield Physiotherapy Centre highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND Daniel- he is efficient, reliable and very experienced. He has set-up a fantastic system for us, and has been contactable and helpful throughout the setting-up process. No problem is too small, and he has even come out to us at very short notice. We cannot thank him enough for making our new clinic as efficient as it is, and for being such a pleasure to work with. It made the transition into our new clinic easy and stress-free. Biscuits keep him happy and we were only too happy to supply him with the best ones. Thank you Dan..." Why do I choose wireless? As security measures continue to improve for wireless networking, it becomes a much more attractive way to link multiple computers and share broadband connections. No drilling, no running cables along walls or under mats, no fiddling about at the back of your computer; a simple crisp solution which means you can even move desktop computers from one point to another with no networking configurations to alter, and no engineers (and therefore call out charges) to call out! You can even purchase your own networking products and I'll set them up for you. Lions Den likes the brand Netgear for many wireless solutions... Try the DGN2000 router (look it up on Amazon) it's the same one I use in my own home! |
