Welcome to Lions Den Computers! Let's see, 2012 is already promising to be very busy! Lions Den Computers is now 7 years old! You are welcome to add Daniel Shortle or indeed Lions Den Computers onto your Facebook profile where I usually have a weekly update on work in progress and upcoming projects! I have entered the competition on The Best of St. Neots site once more and have already been placed in the top 20 most loved businesses in St. Neots - thank you to everyone helping me with your insightful testimonials! A new computer service is going to be initiated soon - remote maintenance. This means that all those niggly jobs you know you should really spend some time on will be taken care of by Lions Den. It's safe, secure and after a successful trial in December 2011 I hope to annouce a completely up-and-running service very soon. Computer maintenance is one of those subjects where many feel a little at sea. What should be done? How frequently? How much time will it take? I will provide peace of mind with this new remote computer service. My ever-popular collect-and-return service remains a big feature of my work. It's still fixed for the thrid year running at £80 and includes having the computer picked up and returned to you if needed. Of course you're very welcome to pop in at any point while I'm working on it. Another quick note - a telephone scam is still going around where a fraudster claims to be from 'Windows' and wants to check your computer. This is a complete fraud - put the phone down or tell them you'll report the call to the police. Don't give them access to your computer! |
